"This case is basically what we're pouring behind the bar this summer. NAKU's the one to watch – a young, precise Rioja that actually works with a slight chill, which you don't often say about Tempranillo. Selladore's been our by-the-glass rosé all season and hasn't slowed down. Add a couple of bright whites and a chillable Valpolicella and you've got six bottles made for sitting outside with a glass in hand."

Domaine Gayda, En Passant White 2024, 13.5% ABV, France (Pays d'Oc, Languedoc-Roussillon)
A Rolle (Vermentino) and Viognier blend with apricot, Granny Smith apple, zesty lime and fresh almond, full-bodied with a mineral finish. Kate calls it "a proper sunshine wine" – open it with seafood or just sip it in the garden. Pairs with grilled sea bass, or Vietnamese rice paper rolls with tofu for a vegan option.

El Escocés Volante, Manga del Brujo Blanco 2024, 13% ABV, Spain (Calatayud, Aragón)
New by the glass in our bars. A high-altitude Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca blend from vines planted 650–1000m up, with peach, apricot, candied citrus and a long, saline mineral finish. Pairs with seafood paella or garlic prawns, or grilled vegetables with manchego for a vegetarian option.

NAKU 2025, 13% ABV, Spain (Rioja Alavesa)
New by the glass in our bars, UK exclusive. A bright, precise young Tempranillo with red cherry, wild strawberry and a floral lift, soft tannins and enough freshness to take a slight chill – unusual for Rioja. Pairs with charcuterie, or a roasted vegetable traybake with olives for a vegan option.

Borgo Conventi, Pinot Grigio 2024, 12.5% ABV, Italy (Friuli-Venezia Giulia)
Our superior Pinot Grigio, popular by the bottle in our bars. Straw yellow with coppery highlights, ripe pear, honeysuckle and bread crust on the nose, savoury mineral finish. Pairs with grilled prawns or creamy risotto, or a simple Caprese salad for a vegetarian option.

Selladore en Provence Rosé 2025, 13% ABV, France (Coteaux Varois en Provence)
Our bestselling premium by-the-glass rosé. Pale salmon pink, with wild strawberry, white peach and citrus zest, crisp and well-balanced with a clean finish. Pairs with warm goat's cheese salad or grilled prawns, or simply as an aperitif.

Cà dei Maghi, Valpolicella Classico 2023, 13% ABV, Italy (Veneto)
A chillable red made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara, with fresh marasca cherry, wild raspberry and marzipan, juicy and fresh with a dry finish. Pairs with charcuterie boards, or soft cheeses and creamy antipasti for a vegetarian option.
