Their vineyards stretch across the rolling hills of Viile Timisului, where old vines and modern plantings coexist. With a winemaking team bringing global expertise, they combine traditional vineyard practices with cutting-edge techniques. The result is expressive, contemporary wines that consistently punch above their weight – from innovative natural and orange wines to this lively Romanian rosé.

How it’s made:

• Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir
• Handpicked fruit from Dealul Tiganului, Odobesti, and Murfatlar vineyards
• Destemmed and lightly crushed grapes, chilled for 8 hours’ maceration
• Fermented in stainless steel at 12°C to preserve freshness
• Stopped by cooling at 0°C with a touch of residual sugar for balance
