Nikka Days is a "whisky for every day". Designed as a casual spirit that is fresh and summery it is an ideal introduction to the world of whisky. It has a creamy texture with notes of apple, melon, flowers, vanilla, spice, citrus, liquorice, and delicate smoke.
This whisky can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, in a simple highball or refreshing cocktail.
Nikka was founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru; often referred to as “The Father of Japanese Whisky”; Taketsuru travelled to Scotland in 1918, returned to Japan and combined Scotch production techniques with Japanese precision to create Nikka.
A delicate balance in Nikka Days is achieved by the skillful blending of mellow grain whiskies and slightly peated malts. It is the first from Nikka to feature all four of the core Nikka elements - lightly peated Miyagikyo, Yoichi, Coffey Grain, and a touch of Coffey Malt.
