Rallo, Vicoletto Catarratto, Italy, Vegan

A slice of Sicilian sunshine. It has a beautiful mix of citrus, grapefruit, apple and melon fruit on the nose. These follow onto the palate, complemented by a subtle note of Mediterranean herbs and a backbone of fresh acidity.

Solara Natural Red, Romania, Vegan

A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It's all about the pure clean fruit and it is packed full of bramble fruit notes with raspberry and blackberry dominating the aroma. The palate is smooth and juicy with complex notes of blueberry balanced by gentle acidity and smooth tannins on the finish.

The Vesco family farm organically in the hills above the scenic town of Alcamo. Black cherries and red and dark plums. There’s some liquorice and then the finish hints at coffee and bitter chocolate. Unfiltered.
