The vineyard was planted in 2003, focusing on carefully selected Pinot Noir clones for complexity and balance. Hand-harvested and fermented with a mix of wild and selected yeasts, the wine is aged in Francois Frere Medium Toast barrels, then bottled unfiltered and unfined. The really hard work is done by Nikki who combines a career in Bioethics and looking after 4 children with all the accounting and compliance needs of the company.
