False Bay Vineyards was founded by Paul Boutinot in 1994 with the aim of rescuing high-quality South African grapes from being lost to bulk production. Today, under the guidance of talented winemaker Nadia Langenegger, the estate champions old bush vines from regions like Swartland and Stellenbosch – areas known for grapes with concentration and freshness. Their philosophy is simple: sustainable farming, minimal intervention, and letting the vineyards speak for themselves.
