We've included Cava, a sparkling wine from Spain that can be served as an aperitif or with appetizers. Our favourite Albarino that pairs well with seafood, salads and light dishes. A red wine from Italy that is made with partially dried grapes. It has a velvety taste and goes well with meat, cheese and pasta dishes. A classic, elegant Chablis. Elegant, complex French Pinot Noir that can enhance the flavor of poultry, game and mushrooms. Finally a fortified Port that is sweet, strong and warming. It can be enjoyed with dessert, cheese or chocolate.

What's inside?

Francesc Ricart, Cava Brut NV, 11.5% Spain

One of our favourite sparkling wines, this cava has a brilliant balance of  aromatic peach and citrus fruit with the delicate honey and rich toasty depth that gives it a moreish drinkability. - Ideal for bucks fizz or pairing with poached eggs on toast, add a drizzle of truffled honey to up the decadence.

Adegas Laureatus, Reveleste Albarino, 12.5% Spain

Vibrant and zesty with citrus, tropical fruit, very subtle salinity and floral notes. On the palate it is light and fresh with lots of apple, peach, melon, lemon and mango fruit. There's a characteristic energy in the acidity and it leads to a crisp, zippy, dry finish.

Domaine Fournillon, Chablis, 12.5% France

Exactly what you'd expect from good value Chablis, lots of green apple and citrus, lean minerality and a refreshing finish. Fruit forward with balanced acidity, generous and rounded mouthfeel with a slight creaminess from 12 months maturation in tank prior to bottling. A very food friendly wine that you could enjoy with chicken or turkey as well as lighter fish dishes.

Terres Fideles, Montsable Pinot Noir, 12.5% France, Vegan

An elegant and fresh Pinot Noir with  from the cooler vineyards in the Haute Vallée d'L'Aude Altitude. Intense dark cherry and blackberry fruit on the nose, a rich round palate with notes of red summer fruits such as raspberry and more blackberry. Nicely integrated oak adds to the structure, and lends a spiciness to the long finish.

Biscardo Neropasso, 13.5% Italy, Vegan

A wine that's easy to love - and there's been a lot of love for Appasimiento. Once people try the expressive sweet fruit they can't wait to tell someone. Decadent aroma with hints of red and black cherry and plum compote. The fine and velvety palate is a treat for the senses with sweet dark fruits and spice leading to a persistent finish, with soft tannins.

Niepoort, Ruby Dum Port (Half-Bottle)

Ruby Dum retains its youthful, strong character, dominated by red cherries and plums with great freshness from ageing in large wooden vats in the cool cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia. The wine originates from low yielding old vineyards in Cima Corgo region of Douro Valley. Perfect with a good farmhouse cheddar, it is also delicious with desserts made from dark chocolate or berry fruit.
