Champagne Delavenne is from a small family owned estate who focus on farming their 9 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards in a holistic way without the use of pesticides or chemicals. This is the sweeter offering in the range with around 32 grams per litre of residual sugar this is intensely aromatic, full of ripe fruits and well balanced acidity, it's a perfect match for chocolate.
It also works well with Japanese cuisine or dishes with a touch of spice.
