We’ve taken the same blind-tasting format - three full-size 75cl bottles wrapped in plain paper, numbered tags, QR-code tasting cards - and gone hunting for reds with more to say. Expect bottles with proper backbone: velvety dark fruit one minute, savoury herb and earthy complexity the next, plus a curve-ball or two designed to challenge even the people in the room who reckon they’ve got wine sussed.
