Baglio Gibellina U..Passimiento combines 70% Nero d’Avola and 30% Frappato to create a rich, full-bodied wine with bright red fruit and well-balanced structure. Intense and bright garnet in colour, this wine bursts with aromas of red berries and fresh summer fruit. The palate is warm, full-bodied, and layered with just enough acidity, smooth tannins, and a lingering, elegant finish. Baglio Gibellina is a family estate set in the rolling hills between Salemi and Santa Ninfa. The vineyards, planted between 300 and 600 metres above sea level on clay and volcanic soils, are managed with care to preserve both the land and the ancient Sicilian winemaking traditions. The estate works organically, reflecting a deep respect for the environment and terroir.

How it’s made:

• Varieties: 70% Nero d’Avola, 30% Frappato
• Old vines hand-harvested at optimal ripeness
• Frappato fermented in small stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness
• Nero d’Avola partially dried on the vine for natural concentration
